I have a NOKIA 5800 xpress music phone with EMEI No. 356910031708704. It is having some major problem as it is restarting by itself again and again, most of the time when I send SMS, Operate WiFi, Update Over The Air, etc..

I have shown it to Nokia Care (Milap Electronics, Sanskrutik Sankul, Zasirani Sq., Sitabuldi, Nagpur)

4 times and they sent it to L3 (Head Office) 3 times, but restarting problem is not yet solved.

Now i have once again submitted my phone to the above said Nokia Care with Job Sheet.

I dont have my cell nearly form last 1 and half month and I am very much tired of this problem.

So I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and if required please replace my phone.
