My mobile software installed s wrong

Hi im kiran, I took A 5800 MUSIC XPRESS theme of blue colour 1year before, i gave for first software update then changed my blue software to red when i asked the customer care persons told which the company gives we will update tht even i kept quite from that time im getting many problems on my set and its become very slow, then recently one of my friend guided me that no u should put blue software itself so only ur faceing problem. Now my mobile is become to slow so i want suggestion for these and do the needfull fo me. I hope nokia people will do or else i have to launch a written complaint to the hede office.
