Replace of display

I have purchased a Nokia mobile set vide model 6303C on 08.12.2009. Today (i.e.17.04.2010) the same set all of sudden it display comes blank. I went to the local service center situated to East Boring Canal road namely Ganpati Mobile Bank. They tild there is no stock, but they are replacing the same on cash. My question is that why not for warrenty persons work being done immediately? Why the work has been done for non-warrenty people? Because on warrenty it doesn't pay money and non-warrenty it pays the money, is is so. I am requesting you to look in to the matter and do the needful at earliest.
