Mobile phone not working properly even after continuous servicing

Sanjeev Kumar, bought a nokia handset (Nokia 5130c-2) on dated 15/6. After a proper functioning of about 2-3 months, the phone set started giving problems. when taken to the service center (located at Lagpat Nagar, Delhi), i was told that the problem was related to the mobile phone data which was nothing to worry about. after that phone worked for 1-2 months without creatin any problem but after that the i m facing the same problem. this has been repeated for about 4 times. each time the customer care executives say that cell phone has a problem of data updation, & return it back after data updation which continuous working for temporary period & the same problem occurs again & again..

i request u to kindly take some necessary steps to solve my problem.. the cell is well within the warranty period.
