Hello sir,

i have purchased Nokia 5310 from Nokia priority center nearly a year ago but there was a fault in it so i submitted it to Nokia care center but they instead of repairing it they did the opp. now i again gave my mobile to them but same thing happened. this happened 2-3 times. the last time they had loosen every part of my mobile and now i have told them they said that it would take 1100 rs to be repaired. i have not accepted such a thing from such a company. now i just feel fear to give my mobile to Nokia care center. and i have a doubt about your care service does they repair the mobile or it is just a method of frauding customers. if no serious action is taken probably i will have to take some serious steps like complaining in court. what is this service? you have just showed your real service to me. now i do not believe Nokia any more after this misbehavior.
