They are unable to understand them's product

Hello Everyone.

My name is Manish Panwar. I bought a NOKIA Cell phone (5130-C) from the market before 3 monts. But some days its unable to play music & unable to make call. i went in nokia care in noida sec-2 (micronas telecom) on 13/4. they gave me TAT of 4 hrs only. but teill the complaint posted i never got my cell phone from them. today is 30/04 on 11:19 am. So' can u direct me..what i may be do?
