N97 mini not being repaired inspite of submitting the handset for 9 times

This is gurpreet singh sehgal. i bought n97 mini on march 07. i have got it checked for more then 7 times at nokia care (return back same day by nokia care they tried fixing in nokia care shop itself but couldnt as they didnt have n97 mini to compare the fitting wid). submitted it for 2 times on apr 22 & then on may 10 for qwerty keypad frame misfitting problem which was told to me by nokia care only that is was manfacturing defect. i dont want this defective handset any more. i called my 02230303838 spoke to mr zuddhin between 13 50 - 14 05 on may 10th he spoke rudely, made me hold call for several minutes, didnt comply with my request & finally dropped the call. so let me guess after paying 24, 500 rs grants buying a premium handset i m still using a rs1500 spare handset given to me my frd, hours of waiting for getting a reply from your side, dozens of emails i sent to u, spoken probably to your customer care excutives then my family still i dont have my phone. wow u guys are worst then i had heard. its my fault though with your bad reputation i should have never taken a nokia handset. sorry my mistake promise in the near future i will never waste my money by buying nokia products. seriously guy u will have to replace my faulty handset i m not taking defective handset back.
