I have been using Samsung Handset since 5 years. My cell broke 2 months ago so thought of buying a new cell. Hence I bought Nokia 5230 in the month of April. I did not use Hands free phone calling but after around 15 days when tried it I couldnt here the person from other side though they could here me. I was surprised what is happening, it was a brand new set. I went to the shop keeper he directed me to Nokia care and said that if it was known within 48 hours, he could have helped but now it has to go to NOkia care for repair. Forcefully I had to go to the nearest Nokia care center. They tested the set and told that the headset was okay but not the handset and also tols that they will have to send it to delhi for checking the cause and then repair.

I was furious for two things ; 1st: I found the difference in the prices in different Nokia priority centeres for the same set after I bought the set. I was the unfortunate person who was charged around 1.5 thousand extra, I bought it for 8840 Rs but the other Nokia stores sold at 7600 Rs. My point was that Why the hell this huge difference in price tags in Nokia priority shops???

2nd: I hardly used Hands free headset in my cell and it was a hardly month that I found that headset isnt working. So that means its Nokia who is cheating customers by providing defective set. According to the policy it can replace hanset within 48 hours but what if the customer comes to know the defect after 15 days or so? That time Nokia has excuse to say that now we cant replace the set as per the policy.

I must say in this way the customers who are trusting Nokia and are ignorant for checking the acceceries, will have to bear the consequences. Currently, I have submitted my headset to Nokia and have requested them to consider my case and replace the set as it was defective since the start its only that I was ignorant to check it before. I have submitted my Handset on Friday 7th May and have not heard so far. They said that they will get back to me by Monday or Tuesday.

I have no trust at Nokia now. And would not recommend anyone to buy the Handsets from AIRCONNECT, The Nokia Priority Dealer in Koramangla, Bangalore. I have spent extraa money with extra troubles!!!
