Phone not repaired properly

Hi,

I have a nokia E63 that is about 6 months old and under warranty. My phone stopped receiving calls intermittently and also gave "connection error" message when I try to call someone.

The signal shows full strength. I had given it to Today Telecom for repair on 27/05 under Job No 646504867/100527/13 and it was returned to me the next day after repairs. However it gives exactly the same problem now and I am told that I have to go there again personally.

I had to buy another handset as obviously I need a cell phone. Then I have to spend time and money visiting the service centre for the same problem many times.

I would like to return the phone to Nokia and get a refund.
