Mobile not working well

Dear sir,

i have purchased nokia 7210 supernova mobile one year ago.from last 4 to 5 months it is not working well.sotimes mobile automatically get switched off & it does not start thouugh battery is full.at first i go to the nokia care.i extended my warranty by paying 565 Rs.then at first they updated my mobile software.from that time i have updated my mobille software 6 to 7 times.they do nothing diffrent at each and every time.i thnk this is not the solution of problem.now a days this problem come to my mobile for each 3 to 4 days.so i kindly request u to see in this matter. Also for ur kind information this is not only to my mobil but to, many other users who r using this mobile model.so do something.
