Nokia 6303i

HI,

I purchased my nokia 6303i handset on 23/05 and it works properly for about 10 days however on 05/06 i found that speaker of handset is not working properly. I visit to the nokia service center and what they did is really unbelievable and joking they damage LCD of phone, when they told me about that i was really shocked and i asked how it is happen they had no words to say. At last they told me sir it will take around 10 days now to repair. These 10 days are really cursing for me and god say i always advice other to purchase nokia phones because of their reliability, if such things will happen with me itself what i can say about that. So please do a favour for me by providing a new handset of same model because anyone in this world spent his money he demand satisfaction if he does not get it, it will really harmful for the company future.
