Ody colour fading

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Nokia Mobile C3 set on 24-10-10, (IMEI No-351984042734434) ITEM -002S4K4 fro Prakash Music Center Authorised Dealer Nokia, 17, New Market, T.T.Nagar, Bhopal, within fifteen days the colour of the body from back side had completely faded, sir please advice me what to do, cand the set /body be changed by the company, or I should lodge a complaint with the consumer forum / Police station as I am feeling very bad as such a reputed Nokia set and its having such problem. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
