Nokia C3
Phone started troubling from 10 days of purchase

I have bought NOKIA C3 Mobile very recently. Within 10 days of purchase, phone has stopped functioning properly.

When ever i am receiving calls from others, i am to hear only disturbances. Not able to hear any sound.

I have reached nearest NOKIA care. They have taken my compliant. and after 10 days returned my mobile and told me that problem is rectified. But within 24 hours problem has reoccurred again. This happened continously 3 times...

Very pathetic situation.

What should i do. And the response of customer care executives also intolerable...
