Attery charging

Sir i bought nokia c3 on 16th aug and it from the first day takes nearly four hours to get charged and show battery full signal even if it was already partially charged i got up the new software but still the same problem it provides me a back up of nearly one day the car point says to get the battery exchanged but it will require two weeks sir i have to go out of town for studies and i cannot afford that without being in contact with my friends please suggest me a solution
