Hanging of Mobile

My Nokia C3 mobile is Continuesly hanging when using. I purchased this new version on 23/10 and tomorrow its self it shows such problem. once it happen it needs to switch off and on. According to the opinion of shoeroom manager I consult with Nokia Care at Kurians Tower Ernakulam city Kerala but they Can't help me they update the software and suggest to format and update the Memory Card. I did it and even I purchased a new Micro SD of 4 GB and inserted it but again the same problem repeated frequently when I am functioning with Mobile. So Please consider my Complaint as early as possible
