Not accepting phon in free service in warranty period

I have purchased a nokia phon in Feb. The company promises one year warranty under terms & conditions. My phon was malfunctioning in May first week so I take my handset in nokia care, jaunpur. They accepted my phon under warranty after examination.

The phon has a problem that when we switch on the phon, the phon displays"contact service". They sent my phon to their main centre for repairing. After 15-20 days they sent back my phon. They told me your phon was not repaired because it was temperd.

If my phon was temperd, why they not reject them first day after examination?

They insure me first day that your phon was not temperd and we repair it under warranty now they refusing to repair the phon under warranty. What can I do now?
