Ccare not dealing properly

Dear conserned,

I had purchased a nokia 2700 handset from an outlet in saharanpur on 30 sept. Now i am facing some technical problem in using that mobile. As nokia handset comes with 1 year warranty so i went to the nokia customer care in saharanpur (u.p)-247001 with the copy of the bill but the people refuse to accept the handset and are behaving in a very rude manner.

so plz help me...
