I am Purchase nokia mobile model no. 6303c from nokia priority (plus nine one communications) bhopal.purchase date 3-jan.2009.but dt on 5.7.2010 my mobile is henke and keypad is not work .i am going to nearest nokia care ratlam and nokia care employee taken my mobile and told me your mobile software update because your software is henk but i am going to after some time and nokia care executive given to my mobile and told me sir your mobile problem is now solave but sir my mobile problem is as it is.
