Aterrygets exhausted, and in incoming calls voice is low

I purchased amobile on 29/6/ 2010 model no nokia 7210 soon after purcase i found incoming calls voice is low and battery gets exhausted quickly i have given to nokaia care center they said for replacing baterry it will take seven to eight days and phne wil be also repaire d what i want to say when customer buy new product by paying four thousand rs and in eight days it is not working properly how is it that we have to stay eight days without phone when piece is new, secondly they should increase warranty period as by purchasing within 10 days it has gone for servicing, my imei number is 359349036551529 product code 0572571 name of customer Rajan bandekar, purchase from nokia priority dealer sajawat mobile pune nigdi 411044 plz lok into matter
