Key pad with 2 series not working

My phone noika 2700c with imei no 358262039206580 was showing some problem over a month under warrenty period.

on 12 sunday at 10 pm it get switched off suddenly on 13 monday i cheked it nokia care at najafgarh they sent my phone in company for checking & repairing.

on 21 thursday i get received my phone back.

on 24 saturday it again started problem now my keypad with 2, 5, 8, 0 not working

i cheked it again at nokia care at najafgarh they saying my phone is liquified & cancelled my warrenty as well.

plese take some immediate step as soon as possible
