Problem with the mobilephone

I am K.RAGHAVENDRA.i bought a nokia X6 on 14-06.its serial number is 352006043014746.TECHNOVISION SALES AND SERVICE, ROAD NO.2, OPP. LUMBINI MALL, JUBILEE HILLS ROAD, BANJARA HILLS, HYD-34, Tel no.04023547819 is the shop from which i bought it.3days after its purchase there was an earringer problem for which i had to give it for repair at SILICON MOBILE SERVICE, BABUKHAN MALL, SHOP NO.111, OPP. KALANIKETAN WEDDING MALL, SOMAJIGUDA CIRCLE, HYD-82, tel no.04042018303.after i got the phone there was again an earringer problem for which i had to submit my phone at the same nokiacare centre.10days after my giving the phone i got it back.and now the pael has been changed.the backcover of the panel is not fiting in leading to inconvenience.i have already given my phne 3 times at the nokiacare center and i am still having some or the other problem with the handset.now i wnt to replace my phone in any case.either replace the phone or give my oney back.i paid rs.15, 810 for the phone.the manager at the SILICON MOBILE SERVICE centre Mr.anil kumar was very rude to me.and i want you to take some serious action against him or you would force me to sue you at the consumer court.my contact num. is 9502319056.my email id is raghav_1432000@yahoo.co.in.
