Dear sir,

i had purchased nokia 2323 last year n it is suffering software problem, causing me a lot of problem.it requires software update evry month.till last year i hhad got it repaired 9 times.bt this time i had sibmitted it on 9th of july and till nw i hv not got it back and also they dint provide me another mobile in return and the response of customer care centre is not satisfactory.plz kindly see to the problem and give me an permanent solution.
