Poor service or no service

I have been bought a nokia 5800 xpress music phone on march there is a problem facing since starting date of bought, one time my handset were replace and new imi no. is given. Since replace handset also create problem.it automatically switch on and off.i gave nokia care centre 5-6 many times but since problem is not solve.i asked if the customer problem was not solve why service centre was established.it only foolish the peoples and waste their money for buying expensive products of such a company.
