Unsatisfactory response

Electronics and household app.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday (2nd aurust) at 11.30a.m i went to nokia care centre-Bijnor (Arora communications), my complaint were:

(a) keypad keys were not working

(b) audio: poor incoming call facility

my phone was under gaurantee period

firstly, they asked me for 50 rupees for checking phone for which they did not give me any receipt.

secondly, they called me at 5.00p.m;they told me that they have removed the complaints & my cell is ok but for checking purpose when i called a number-i found the same poor incoming audio facility.then they asked me to come next day by asking me for 400 rupees but before reaching them i give them a call for which they answered me to that they will reply witth in 10 minutes but i did not get any such call from them.

if the conditions remain same at nokia costumer care-bijnor centre then the nama of nokia will be spoined in no time.
