NEW HANDSET, PROBLEM SINCE FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASE

This is third time i am facing problem with my nokia handest in 1st month of its purchase. In the first week, it got switch off, keys were not working..then showed to a nokia care center... they said software problem and corrected... then again same problem persists... this time they said liquid problem... a part (chargeable at 1540) will be replaced... we even get that done also... but now in the first day of its restart after liquid problem resolve... it is hanging and some kind of voice is coming continuosly while i am switching on the phone...

Help me out, what do i do with these nokia...
