Handset repaired & replace different color handset

I purchased Nokia 6303 classic silver color on 11/Jan.

In the first week of June it suddenly hang on nokia handshake scrin.

On 10th June I visited to Shree Communication Pune, authorised Nokia service centre at Karve Road Pune.

The person said he has to reinstall the software and you will get your handset tommarrow. But on next day he told me Its beyond our capacity so it is sent to Nokia Head Office (?) You will get it after 2 weeks.

After 18 days I got a replaced hand set of Black Color, the person on the counter said its new handset, I found scratch on scrin and I refused to accept the phone and told him give me my silver color handset. He said You have to wait for 14 days... Again on 5th july they gave me blak Handset... saying new handset... Again I refused again he said 8 days... Again on 27th black handset I refused now no answer from them I am still HANG (From 5th June to 8th August)? What to do now?
