Manufactoring defect product not replaced

I purchased my nokia 7210 on saturday 24th july from indore (MP). I faced the problem with my outgoing unclear voice. The phone reached nokia care on 27th july. When returned on 3rd august, i faced the same problem. I submitted them the phone again on 5th august. But they have still not replaced it. I have not even used my phone for a week. Clearly this is a manufacturing defect.
