Regarding ovi unlimited music

I was purchased nokia 5235 handset in 7th july. In that time dealer is said that u have one year unlimitted songs download in ovi music site and he will not communicated how it will activate. But i tryed in PC and Mobile it will display in PC "We don’t know what this number is, but it’s not a valid voucher" and in mobile it will show "you're not authorised to download any songs". I complaining about this to Nokia customer care by one month, but they will not able to solving this problem and they will not responding. They given customer complaint No 1-11076493459, regarding this i will sent two customer complaint mails but they are not responding.

Please do the needfull one as earliest as possible.
