No replacementand no repairing! phone is damaged!

Sir,

i hemant singh had purchased a nokia n97mini 5 months back! and it is continously having problems and it is repaired by nokia care 6 times and now again there was a problem of battery fitting in my phone and they repaired that but they disabled the working of on/off switch and i have given my phone 3 times again for the same problem but it is not repaired yet!

sir, as the phone is opened many times and it costs 23, 000, and my phone is also damaged by them, so i want my phone replaced!!!
