Disappointment with my New N97 mini-Service and Deliverablity

Hi All,
It give me great disappointment to write this email to Nokia, As I have been one of the great lover of Nokia phone and have been using it for more then a decade now, But it seem as Nokia is getting older into the smart phone market in India it service are getting bad like all the other competitors and it seem there is not escape for the customer.
I have brought a new N97 mini not even 10days back and have already visited Nokia care center twice. This phone has given me all sort of problem which are un repairable by your customer service and all they can say as a solution is that it need a reset. I fail to understand that how can a phone reset fix up all these issues. Infact when I spoke to the supervisor at Nokia care Lajpat Nagar (New Delhi) she also confirm phone as something really wrong. Now I don’t want a 10 days phone to be open from all the ends when its under warranty.
Major Issue
• Network Issues
o Frequent call drop
o No Network signal where are other phones show full signal strength
• Motherboard issues
o Phone hang up on open any application and even phone book
o Automatically get switch off
• Internet Issue
o WIFI get disconnected
o WIFI connected but internet not working
• Others
o Phone doesn’t not ring at times when an income call is received
o People on the other side complaint to me about bad voice quality
Above are few issues which are which are totally fatal and I am sure can’t be repaired just by a software update or phone reset. Do let me know if you think you have any permanent solution to fix these issues.
As per Nokia policy and my understanding as a old customer of Nokia phones, any phone which has so many issues to which Nokia as no complete fix and is within first 15 days is replaced with a new phone. But it seem that Nokia customer service is either making fool of the customer or trying to escape the cooling off period.
I would appreciate if someone at nokia care center or sales and service center could provide a solution or get my handset replaced at the earliest.
PS- With the medium of this email, I am informing Indian Consumer complaint form, I would wait for a action on this till 27th Aug otherwise would take a serious action.
