Set faulty

I had purchased a Nokia 1209 on 25-09-09 from m/s. AMNIL ASSOCIATES Sanjay Place Agra. It got faulty on 17-08. When I contact to Nokia service centre Sanjay place they refused to repair it and they demand Rs. 450 for the same. When it is in the warranty period how they demand rupees. It is the question mark against NOKIA. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action accordingly. The details are as under.
