Non responsiveness from customer care

I had given my phone for repair at "M/s Maa Communication, Delhi" on 9th August. However repeatedly the phone was returned to me without rectifying the problem and the same was retured for the 5th time to them on 21st August. Since then I am continuously being told that it would take 2-3 days for rectification.
I have been calling your customer care vide complaint number 1-11141651389 since 27th August but unfortunately the responce from them is also very poor. Your service centre once says that the delay is due to non approval of estimate from the customer and another time says that spare part is not available (has to be repaired free due to bounce case). The only responce I get is that your centralised customer care can only contact and take feedback from Nokia Care centre.
On my last conversation with centralised customer care on 2nd September it was told that the phone shall be ready by 4th and I could collect the same. However on 3rd when I reported that they are still asking for 3-4 days, I got a feed back that in your database it was mentioned it will take 2-3 days and not date of 4th was mentioned. Unfortunately that I do not have any written record but you are requested to please check the voice recording.
Further none of my requests for talking to any senior have been entertained. The only thing that was told was that I visit Nokia care once again on 6th and if phone is not ready by then they shall talk to the nokia care but there is no action plan for complaint redressal.
I am sorry to say that, the market leader has become so indifferent to customer problems and has no escalation mechanism in place.
I hope this mail atleast helps and righ peaople are able to help me on the issue.
