Phone keeps hanging

It has been a year since we have bought nokia 3110c. we have encountered problems like sudden freezing of phone (hanging) many times. We have gone to nokia care 2 times regarding this two months before, but still the problem is not been completely solved. We have also complaint about this befre here and this is the second time..
