I had purchased the above model on august. My display screen was broken and I gave my Mobile to Hello Telecom (Umayal Plaza, 1st floor, Y-214, 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai- 600040) on 6-Sep. They said the screen is scratched and asked me to come and collect my mobile on 14-Sep. They called me 3 days back and said that the track in the board has ruptured and they wouldn't be able to repair it. They asked me to take my mobile back and no payment need to be paid. Now today (19-Sep), they called me to inform me that my mobile is in working condition and asked me to pay Rs. 1481. I am totally confused on their contradictory statements. I would like to be informed of the current actual status.
