Set getting hang from 2nd day onwards

I have purchased on Nokia 2690 set on 31 dec from the 2nd day of purchase itself set getting hanged. so I went shop (VIVEKS RETAILS) replace new by having bill. But no response at shop too, ten finally I went to (Anna Nagar) Nokia care, but they were saying that the network only is the problem. I tried the sim the other set its works. then they did something on the set an gave off without any response to the consumer, again after two days the same problem started the set. Again went to Nokia care they didnt response. Still now the problem exists with set. when its hangs i used to remove the battery and again inserts it. then its works. So dont ever go for Nokia mobiles even they give for Rs. 100.
