Handset not working withing 45 day of purchase

The Nokia (X-6) IMEI:353422/04/394754/7 purchased on 21/07 at Mobile Store (New No.77, Arundele Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600004) is not working as the internal memory is not getting detected (16GB).

I have given the mobile for service on (09/09) in the nokia care (Old No 171, New No:98, Peters Road, Near to Satyam theatres, Gopalpuram, Chennai-600086) but after getting mobile back on 27/09. After 3 Days still facing the problem. Please take proper action against the company
