I am purchased nokia c5 from that of date of purchase its give me probleum of automating off the set'

i am so sad .because of that my business is effected.& see it to nokia crae they say there is software up dation prob but after one day its to be same prob again/////now my cell have compled only one month from date of purchase give me any solution otherwise i will go to the consumer court and now i am again give it to the coustmer nokia care office now they say i will send it to head office delhi could u please tell me how i am check my phone status.what web address i am used .mail me on mohitsharma46@gmail.com
