Irresponsible behaviour of nokia care centre

This is to inform you that i purchased a nokia 6303C ..serial no 358005036374210 in oct. For the past two days, two black lines have appeared on the display screen. I contacted the nokia service centre at Bakshinagar, jammu on 28.10.10 regarding the problem in the screen. The female attendent over there told me that the display needs to be replaced but she did not register my complaint even. I told her to register the complaint so that the mobile can be repaired under the warraty period but again the response was same. So, hereby i request you to register my complaint against the mentioned nokia service centre.
