my case reference number with nokia is 1-11215449570.

firstly i had to get insulted at nokia care and then they tried to manipulate my problem in front of all the staff the technical person said that we will accept it by making the remarks as physical damage but due the branch head it didn't happen.

And its more than a week that i have not got any call or mail from them. I had written to them and they said they will call but till now no intimation of my phone or its problem has been received.

so please help me to get my damage done good both physical and mental.
