Eplacement of mobile

Hi, I am Vinay from Ramnagar, Hyderabad. I purchased a Nokia 5233 mobile on 24th Oct at Universal Mobile Store, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad.

From the day of the purchase of the mobile i discovered that the mobile phone is getting heated up very quickly during usage. Also the battery backup was very bad.

After waiting for 4 days, on 29th Oct i have consulted a local Nokia Care centre (RTC X Roads, Hyd) and handed over the handset to the service man (Job Sheet # 519465550/101029/13) for the replacement of the handset.

I request you suggest what best can be done to have my handset replaced with a new one. Can i consult lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum?
