Faulty highend handsets

Espected sir,

i had purchased 2 nos new mobile nokia n8 handsets from a noikia

prority dealer in santacruz west within 1 week noth handsets have the

tentency to switch off on their own and 1 of them is completely dead i have surrenderd it to the dealer

and asked him for cash back but he is insisting on taking a

replacement .if the next time this happens who is responsible please

advice
