I bought a nokia e72 on 20-08 it started giving me trouble of very low battery backup of about 4-5 hours onfull charge, i subbmited it in the hari nagar nokia care center on 24-10 firstly the handset was returned to me after 3 days without being repaired, then my bettery was replaced consuming 5 days, but still the problem was persisting, then i again submitted my handset on 09-11 being commited of return in 5 working days but i recieved a new handset on 19-11, and this new handset was getting hangged after 10 min of usage, every time it had to be switched off by removing the battery,

i tried atleast a dozen times but the problem was not solved i returned back to the center on the same day and asked for an answer, then the phone software was re installed but still it was faulty now again on 20-11 a have again submitted the handset there is no clue when i will get my handset back and ya i had not inserted my memory card in the set
