Nokia E5 not working since 10 days of Purchase

Electronics and household app.

I have purchased E5 mobile at Hot Spot Anna Nagar on 4th November. The same was automatically switched off on 19th November and when tried to switch it on or charge it, it was not happening. Hence took the same to Hot spot on 20th and they have redirected me to Nokia Care. Went to Nokia care Anna Nagar and gave my phone to check and identify the problem. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes so that they can check and let me know the actual problem. But to my bad luck, they couldn’t identify the problem from their end.

Hence told me that they will send this to their head office at Delhi and identify the problem and rectify the same. Have already told them that I cannot wait and gave them in writing (My friend had given this letter on behalf of me) that I need replacement and cannot take this back as this is causing problem within 15 days and do not have any hope for the long run

I did not get any call till today on the status, hence I have called up their contact number 044 42611221 and the response that I got is the phone is repaired and wil get it on next Tuesday or Wednesday. When asked for the problem, the executive by name Haripriya do not have any clue about it. She enquired to someone else and updated that the mother board was the problem and they have rectified it now.

I do not have any belief that this will come for long run as mother board is the main part in any phone and if there is any problem in initial 15 days of purchase then we cannot comment anything for the future.

I wanted to have only replacement and I cannot take the fault phone which was given to me
