Charged unfairly and dint repaired properly

My name is ankith jain... i have given my nokia 5130 xpressmusic to nokia priority service center on 14-10... which had complaint in browser, phone hanging, getting switchoff aiways... he charged 370rs for that but dint repaired properly...

now after 1month when i realised that the problem has not been solved, i approached nokia priority again they denied for repairing it again... they even asked me to pay for it again

PLZ TAKE SEVERE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
