Worst Product manufacturing

Hi,

I have purchased a Nokia C6 Handset on October 6th. It is a touch screen mobile. Now the touch is not responding properly. It is not even 1 month from the date of purchase and i have to produce it to the Nokia Care center in Perambur for service.

In Nokia care they do not give a proper date to come and collect the serviced handset nor a status. They have give a contact # in the charge sheet which is not working.

I had purchase the mobile for 13K and used it only for a month. It is the worst possible manufacturing unit in current scenario. Please check such manufacturing defects before selling it in the market.
