Mobile is a problem

I am using nokia 6208c from last one year. this is a wrost set. i paid 10k for this cell phone. i am really unhappy . software problem, touch screen problem.. now tell me what to do.. even i sell it .. now its second hand prize is 2k.. warrenty period is also over.. please help me.. please mail me on pmanteshkumar@gmail.com i am waiting for your reply...
