Display problem

I pooja dhyani got my nokia handset 6303c displayed changed as some black lines were appeared on its display .as phone was under warrenty and this problem was seen on most of 6303c they changed the display but after changing it whole of picture quality been changed up when i raise question about this nokia care centre is not ready 2 help in this and just denying this as just my illustion please help out as picture quality has totally decline
