Not replacing defected phone

I gave my phone NOKIA 5233 around 6-7 times for reparing to NOKIA CARE MODCAD A-21 NIT Faridabad as sometime my phone get switched off while working on it and somtimes on restarting it displays blank screen with multicoloured lines.

I requested them number of times to get it replaced even I called NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE i.e.012930303838 and registered complaint to get my phone replaced but no action was taken till now.

Even from last month continously I gave my phone to NOKIA CARE MODCAD NIT 4 times for replacement but no action was taken.

I request you to take action against them.
