Sir i have purchased one nokia C7 almost closting nr 19000 but from the very first day i am facing problm of re starting the handset, nokia care people has re installed software almost 5 times and than sended to L3 service centre from whre it is being repaired and now back to me. Now again same problem is their and the handset is agian at nokia care. This process is almost taken more than 1 month, can u tell me where i am at fault just this much that being a nice brand Nokia i have spended Rs 19000 on it
