Keypad not working thrice within a span of 4 months

Hi, This is Sharad Sharma. I am using Nokia phone since 2005. With my first Nokia phone i was fully satisfied but since I've buy my 2nd Nokia phone (5310) it become a trouble using it. In Aug'10 the keypad stopped working for which I've rectified the problem by replacing the Keypad with a new one original paying Rs/- 1550 at MICRONAS, Noida (Ridiculous customer service). Just after 20 days of repairing, keypads again stopped working then I again submitted to MICRONAS. At last I am again facing the same problem. So within a span of 4 months my keypad stopped working thrice which I never expected from NOKIA.

Kindly make a strong action to resolve my problem or suggest me- Should I use any other phone brand except NOKIA?
